Christopher Barlas Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 So I built a bucket setup. nothing amazing.. just a ball bearing swivel, a cam strap and a bucket. I know the general idea, but what are the finer points of using this setup? Hip height vs bucket height?how many rotations is good but not overdoing it?how should you incorporate this into your training (days per week etc) is it better to practice with something under you to sim a mushroom or pommel horse or just flat ground for the start? i've seen the videos, but there is a large degree of variation with respect to form. I have seen the gymnastic bodies youtube vid as well. I just wanted some general info and figured I'd stuff it in this sub-forum.
