Quite funny at times actually.

Some remarks aside, this is a good example (if there are still ones who don't believe) that bent arm strength doesn't translate that well to straight arm strength (even for "strong crossfitter").

Hmm, sometimes I get a little frustrated with my (not incredibly) slow planche progress, so this was a good little reminder of how objectively difficult the skill actually is, even to an obviously strong guy like him^.

 

Slow progress is still progress.
