Piotr Ochocki Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Quite funny at times actually.Some remarks aside, this is a good example (if there are still ones who don't believe) that bent arm strength doesn't translate that well to straight arm strength (even for "strong crossfitter").
