Dear Coach Sommers and fellow gymnasts,

I have a groin pull, and what is called a varicocele. i have been advised not to stretch as that adjitates the injury. i also have been told not to do strenous activity. So floor and Vault seem out the the question. it is alright for me to work ring streagth since that is upper body. I am wondering what else I would be able to work that doesnt require to much flexibility or leg muscle.

Parrelel bars?

thank you,

David
