Keilani Gutierrez Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 you did say test, so yeah. if you do it laying down, you can control the PPT until your hips start to rise from the floor and if you're sitting, however far down you can go without assistance or by putting your hands on the floor and pressing your chest into your quads.
