That's easy for me.Do ynu think that's the end point of progression?

howevever while my legs are open with a low degree i can't go down completely.should i work on that?

you did say test, so yeah. if you do it laying down, you can control the PPT until your hips start to rise from the floor and if you're sitting, however far down you can go without assistance or by putting your hands on the floor and pressing your chest into your quads.
