Colin Macdonald Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 I don't think you get to be an intermediate by Coach's standards until you begin Cross work. Nah, the cross is a B skill. I think showing up for a gymnastics competition without a solid cross is like going to a football game when you can't run. Actual gymnastics has so much more to it than just strength elements.That only asserts Coach won't call us gymnasts but who doubted it. I think Cross is definitely at least intermediate.
