I am so thankful today for having been introduced to Coach Sommer first through his book Gymnastics Bodies and then in person. That first seminar at  Westword in May 2009 as the beginning of a new journey for me on my training.

Thank you for Coach and your team for sharing your knowledge and be willing to put up the the "adult" fitness beginner.

Okay while we're at it, I'd just like to say that this is a very well maintained website.  If you google search "gymnastics forum" you'll either find phishing attempts or spam, maybe one or two actually useable forums but they don't contain any real information.  I know this seems like a silly thing to mention, but this website is safe, coherent and a gold mine of useful information.  So thank you Coach, and an extra big thank you to Cory Fair for all your hard work!

Yea hey I wanna jump on the bandwagon

I'm really grateful to everyone here because we actually focus on proven stuff. We know foundation is based on experience, not theory. The guys in the nutrition forum back up their positions with facts and studies. The forum focuses on everything from flexibility to strength and gives equal importance to it all. This is an awesome site, and I'm glad that we can come here to learn so much, more than I learned in school...for barely a fraction of the costs. Without you guys, I'd be on bodybuilding.com *shudders*

The programs are amazing. I have never seen such precise set and rep schemes. The forums are filled with gems, and Coach is so close to all of it, it doesn't feel like he has evet stepped out of the forum, always ready to help. Wow.
