Transitioning from Wall Handstands to Free Standing

Hey Dell,

Building strength walking up and down the wall to the point that you are comfortable is what I recommend. The strength you will build from this will transfer to confidence and you might, over time,  slowly walk higher and and higher without even realizing it.
