When to start Dynamic Strength?

Hi

I started doing many of the strength exercises from this site at the beginning of the year. I am concentrating on frogs, Front Lever, L Sits, Dips, HSPU etc and showing good progress. I am also doing some leg work such as squats and lunges as I am recovering from a hip operation I had 5 months ago. My main aim in the future is to work on more explosive dynamic exercises such as jumping pilot squats and swinging dips to prepare me for jumping, but am happy for this to come with time. My question is when do you know you are strong enough to move onto these exercises without risking injury? With regards to the hip I am happy as the specialists are confident of a full recovery, but the last thing I want is to move on too quickly.

Thanks, Raul.

how many of those static movements can you do? the book has many of the movements in progression and I'm gonna guess the dynamic movement book would cover when.
