Alexander Svensson
I noticed that when doing seated straddle stretching with feet against a wall or similar my legs tend to rotate outwards a tiny bit. It's not much but it is noticable and it makes the hold quite a bit easier. Is this something that naturally occurs or is it something I should try to avoid? George Navarro
External rotation is good in straddle. You're doing great https://www.gymnasticbodies.com/forum/topic/10896-general-question-on-hips-in-straddle/
