Ian Hogg
Was wondering if anyone on here had tried this technique.I have and it seems to work. I recall reading somewhere that the neck has the highest concentration of muscle spindles? in the human body and therefore sets the tone for all the muscles of the body (can't find reference sorry) so might this be an explanation? If so should work for muscles other than hamstrings. Would be interested to know what anyone thinks? Hope link works ok doing this from my mobile. If not if you google "YouTube retlouping" there's not many entries m.youtube.com/watch?v=u3BwXOkbWCo&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3Du3BwXOkbWCo
