I supplement my whole foods with protein powders (Optimum Whey Protein Isolate Mocha is my favorite. ) I read in the meal replacement thread that if you are using powders as your main source of protein in a meal, you should use Milk Protein Isolates as the protein is absorbed over a longer period of time.
