Stall bar substitute

Hey yall, I finally got tired of not having the stall bars needed for some of the Foundation exercises, so I built the next best thing. Its essentially the top rung of a set of stall bars, made out of galvanized steel pipping, mounted about 4 inches from the wall. The wall mimics the rest of the bars supporting my shoulders and back. I also mounted two smaller ones below it so that I can work on side lever in my spare time. They're both firmly attached with 4 inch lag screws sunk into studs.

Nice. I have the same big bar on top in my bedroom...yellow sticker still on and all. When I figure out where to put one outside I'll have to add in those handles.

Great work! I know your frustration, it's like a huge barrier stopping progression not having the right equipment, but doesn't necessarily have to be the exact equipment as in a gymnasium.

Again showing how determined and resourceful some of the GB students are on here.  Well done!

Much love

Don
