Martin Majer Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 Hi, does anybody use doorway pull-up bar (like this) for natural leg curl and glute ham raise? I was thinking about putting it few inches above the floor and putting some pillow under my knees, but I want to make sure that it actually works before I buy the pull-up bar.
