i can do 7-9 in a row...i'm maintaining them
i'm pretty curious to see if i can start one HBP from prone laying relaxed position.
So HBP and all the HBP progressions should be done with elevated + protracted scapula and ppt?
the movement of scapulas in therms of elevation/depression changes during the execution. while the protraction remains constant during all the movement, you will change depression to elevation once you pass the 45° of inclination.
the ppt is held everytime.

thank you!!
in this video it looks a lot like you are using momentum and not doing a bent arm planche but an elbow lever.
i would like to see what foundation did to improve the form. can you update a new video of how it looks like now?
yes, i can...this video was about....1 year ago...
and yes you're right , on the bottom part my hips can touch the lats, unfortunately there is always a little friction if you have some muscle mass. to fully eliminate the friction..i will show you how much i need to to open the arms!
this is the actual hollowbackpress form about 1 year after. all my repetitions have this form.
I am surprise that i've gained the ability to press from the bottom position , as low as possible, without practice directly HBP.
All those benefits come from the ****,****, ****, this is a clear sign of lack previous preparation on the ******* position.
I'm finally fixing it.
