Coach Sommer Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 cNKVKYlvKAg When in the pulley rings, the body's center of gravity feels slightly "off" compared to performing the skills by themselves or with a spot and it is very annoying attempting to increase the resistance (the pulley rings cut your working bodyweight in half).
