Very explosive and artistically unique.In the late 80's, a friend of mine was on the Stanford Mens Gymnastics Team while Tong Fei was the assistant mens' coach there. I heard regular stories of how Tong Fei would absolutely crush them during conditioning. Interestingly, the one being crushed was already a very strong gymnast.
