scottbot
Hello, my name is Scott and i'm new to this forum, i've searched around alot and i've created a routine for myself that I would like you all to criticize!Since i'm not sure yet of how my body will react with the fatigue yet, I will add in days of rest only when necessary.Day 1- Pull/Back muscles-Warm up and mild stretch-Skills/Techniques-Pull ups/Handstand Pike Press slowly raising legs up and lowering down/Dumbell Curl/Dumbell Wrist Curl/Supermans-Running/Jogging-StretchDay 2- Push/Core muscles-Warm Up and mild stretch-Skills/Techniques-L-Sit to Tuck Planche/Psuedo Planche Push-up/Knee to forearms/Handstand/ Straddle L-Sit-Running-StretchMy main goal through the conditioning is to achieve a good straight arm straddle planche, well conditioned arm/core/back muscles (to help with breakdancing). Are there any exercises I should implement or remove? And are there any wrist exercises other than the wrist curls? Thanks!
