This is an example workout focus on pull ups. What do you think about?

1. Double rope pull-ups 5x5-10

2. Jowett push-ups 2x25

3. Wide grip pull-ups 5x5-10

4. One legged rope squats 3x10-15 per leg.

5. Double ring pull-ups 5x5-10

6. HandStand pushups 2x5-10

7. Thick bar pull-ups 5x5-10

8. Extended pushups 2x10

9. Back bridge 1x 2-3 min.

10. Front bridge 1x 1-2 min.

everything i have seen and read about it seems good. better than furey's stuff but the book is out there where someone could not just have pieced-mealed it themselves. there is the conundrum.

I think the most important thing to develop in this kind of workout is an appropriately curled mustache...
