These are giant sets of each exercise you'd like to maintain your strength on. So for you, the set might look something like this:1x MUpFL holdPL holdBL holdHS holdThe intensity of each exercise should be light to medium; you're not looking for a heavy workout, just enough of a stimulus to keep the strength you have in those areas.It shouldn't be long before you notice yourself getting stronger in each of these exercises due to the F1 work 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
