Lets pretend im doing F1/H1 how do i maintain what ive acheived above

Each day after you finish your foundation work, you will take a few minutes of rest and then do "maintenance sets". These are giant sets of each exercise you'd like to maintain your strength on. So for you, the set might look something like this:

1x MUp

FL hold

PL hold

BL hold

HS hold

The intensity of each exercise should be light to medium; you're not looking for a heavy workout, just enough of a stimulus to keep the strength you have in those areas.

It shouldn't be long before you notice yourself getting stronger in each of these exercises due to the F1 work :)
