seiyafan Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 At the bottom of a dip if I tried to lower my elbows just a little bit I would lose the support position. I feel no stress in my shoulders or sternum but there is a substantial amount of stress in the right elbow. My question is how to build the strength for russian dips?
