Chris H Laing
I'm interested in playing with some fun strength moves on my play days, elbow levers and the like, and capoeira moves such as the queda de rins. Unfortunately the QDR is the only capoeira move I know of, and I cant seem to find anything else online to show me any other moves (for free at least). Can anyone describe some basic capoeira strength positions, and possibly the transitions into and out of them? Or possibly direct me to a website or maybe a book or video with descriptions? Thanks in advance.
Blairbob
Chris, a simple google or youtube will show you a lot. I just tried and found a lot on the first hits. http://www.start-playing-capoeira.com/basic-capoeira-moves.htmlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCTH0mMWfJ0l
Chris H Laing
What did you type in? I typed in things like "learn capoeira", "capoeira moves", "capoeira positions", and came up with nothing. Thanks for the links!

Blairbob
I have that page archived as an .mht file locally but couldn't find it online. It was one of the first resources I ever found online a long time ago.
