Joshua Slocum 2,713 Posted February 22, 2013 Lol so i guess thats a 50% 50% ? Which part is more difficult will depend on the person. Either way you need a lot of both.
ZRX38 8 Posted February 22, 2013 His youtube channel says "I have now been practicing handstand for more than 30 years! First as a Gymnast, and in the the last 9 years as a handbalancer and circus artist." incredible dedication
Vagabond 7 Posted February 23, 2013 Honestly, I'd say it's the balance and the level of skill required to control it. You need enough strength, but the strength is easier to get compared to the skill itself.
yuri marmerstein 229 Posted February 23, 2013 definitely balance. the balance is achieved easier with the right combination of strength and flexibility. Too much of either one and not enough of the other can be a deterrent and Yuval is awesome

Vagabond 7 Posted February 24, 2013 Yup, it's all about control. Yuval is a great example of that, and I love his videos because he almost always shows single movements, but does them extremely clean, so much that the technique can be understood better by watching him carefully. In any case, I know that watching him helped me.
