Hi everyone ,today i tried first time this exercise and feel a big difference with me flexibility pike stretch i think and mobility me question is there more execises like jefferson curls or Weighted Shoulder Flex Pull were you use weight for mobility/flexibility and use the same principle ? i know that with this type exercise you dont gone build crazy flexibility but its good use it and mix it from time to time Ps sorry for my bad english
