I have been having some problems with my handstand, particularly when i kick up into it. what I feel and what is happening is different. I think I am straight but I am getting an arch and my feet are going way overhead, and I am closing my shoulders. It's a bit frustrating as when I feel like I open my shoulders I over balance, when I tighten my core I under balance. the standard position I get into is an under balance and I am not sure how to correct it. when I kick up I arch. this is me Back to wall where I have kicked up into it. when I arch I can feel me needing to actively press the fingers into the ground when I straighten up to more vertical towards the end I feel like I am under balancing and come down. I struggle to correct an under balance. When I am face to wall it looks like I close my shoulders and pike at the hips. I think it happens when I actively think about PPT. This me Face to wall thoughts on how to correct it?
