Front Lever Pull

The Front Lever Pull is a compound movement that builds upon hollow body core control and bent arm bicep strength.

Front Lever Pull

  1. Begin from the top of a pull-up, with your chin over the bar.
  2. Extend your arms straight, allowing your body to press back to a front lever.
  3. Pause briefly and pull back up to the starting position.
  4. Avoid the use of any momentum and keep your body straight, with posterior pelvic tilt throughout.
  5. Repeat for reps before lowering down.
