I started this 1 year ago all concerned about how long things take to improve.  Things have changed...

I no longer care about time frames. 

Thought I'd share a picture of some improvement from riding out the wave of consistent, enjoyable practice. Grateful for the stretch series and Coach Sommer’s message of patience.

Better than I ever thought for myself.
