I started my journey back in 2009 when I reached my “peak” at 103kg. I am 76kg now (off 27kg!). One can imagine the Glory Road wasn't easy or straight: I have tried many fitness programs and eating styles to get where I am now. And, just like in many things in life, I discovered that the process was more important (and enjoyable!) than the result.
While Tim Ferriss eventually took care of my eating style, most of the fitness programs I have tried were based around doing more of the same: more kilos, more reps etc. Until I came across GST. GymnasticBodies training is about doing more of more: conquering you own body and your own mind, doing exercises you could not even dare thinking about, literally building your own body of your dreams. The keyword of Gymnastics Training is Mobility: a synergetic combination of Strength and Flexibility. Progressions is how you get there when somebody with years of experience takes care of your programming - and I think the follow-along videos are just a stroke of genius! Now, it is all about freedom: freedom of move, freedom of life!
