Bryan Wheelock Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 I seem to have gained about 8 lbs over the Holidays. 6'1" 233.5 lbsI've been eating relatively low carb Paleo for a few years, my only weakness is beer on the weekends. ( I know beer's not Paleo, but I'm not a profession athlete either. )For the last year or so I've been following an intermittent protocol most days, eating in an 8 hr window. I do consume about 3 tablespoons of Coconut oil or heavy cream with coffee.I'm interested in adding a nutrtion log to my arsenal, what's the best nutrition app?I've seen slizardman talk about Nutritimer program but then say the Nutritimer iOS app had a bad UX.Is there another iOS that is better or is the Nutritimer app the best recommendation? My second question Is the Nutritimer concept of energy balance throughout the day important enough to justify tolerating the Nutritimer interface problems?
