Everyone has heard of training in a push pull split where you train back and biceps on one day and chest triceps and shoulders another but can you train one day for straight arm strength (planche, front lever, back lever) and bent arm strength (oac and hspu's) the next?

You can do a lot of things, but there's no real purpose to putting huge amounts of volume in one training session into straight arm work (unless you are trying to get hurt). The entire purpose of a split is to put more volume into specific exercises, so there's literally no reason to split the bent arm and straight arm work into different days.

We used to suggest 3-4 days per week, but the new recommendations are 3 days per week. In both new and old formats, we have always recommended that you do both bent arm and straight arm work when you have upper body training days.

For more details, get yourself a copy of the new materials. They will guide you through literally each day of training. Should be available in a matter of days.
