To be honest, $75+ is a lot for just about 880 grams of protein. I buy all my protein powder from true nutrition.

I second the True Nutrition recommendation. I've been using their soy isolate for a while, and recently tried their hemp protein which tasted great.

For that money you better be getting at least 1800-2000 grams of actual protein. I get 2100 grams for 50 bucks at Costco and True Nutrition should be similar if you spend money wisely.

You can, and should, just buy the carbs separately (whether food or malto or whatever) and mix them, it is just multiple times cheaper per serving.

Of course, if you want to spend the money then that's fine! Not sure what you are thinking in that area, so I thought I would chime in.

ahh cheers for the responses guys! but ignore the price i just found a random webpage that had the nutritional information for this product. The one I am thinking of buying is 8 kilos for about 100$ at the store near me. It is the cheapest one I have found here without ordering online so I thought Id post the nutritional information and see what ya think! thanks again! =)

P.s. Oh and slizz just wondering if you received the new PM about the meal plan or not? it says you can not receive any messages or something like that.

Still, you may be better off buying in bulk online rather than off the shelf at a local store. Bulk prices online are almost always much better.

Buying online is a bit of a hassle in my situation and the cheapest I have found online was 10 kilos pure whey concentrate for about 200$ so i was thinking that this 8 kilos for 100$ or so was a pretty good deal especially considering the store is only a couple kilometers from my house =D but then again i guess i am getting less protein per gram of powder with this. I think I will have to do the math to see the price difference but regardless of price i guess the general consensus is to buy pure protein powder instead right? If so i guess ill have to go online again.

okay i just realised that it is far less protein per gram of powder than i realised.... oh well! I guess im going to have to order some instead, such a pain. Thanks for the responses anyway guys! really appreciate it =)
