Brian Li
Check this OAMU at the beggining of this video! This is the best looking OAMU with the least amount of momentum I've ever seen. There's also other cool stuff like full lay back lever curls in the video. Also, what's this move at 2:16, it looks like an inlocating Ian?0UsuJvnUyCw
Aaron Griffin
Are these people seriously standing around to watch people exercise?
Brian Li
Are these people seriously standing around to watch people exercise?LOL Well they were amused and the guys exercising seem to be performing to put up a show.
Joshua Naterman
2:16 already starts inlocated. Look at how he grips. You can't do that without inlocating first to get the dorsal grip.

Alessandro Mainente
sure they are very strong BUT very far from the tecnique that the boys of coach have!
Brian Li
sure they are very strong BUT very far from the tecnique that the boys of coach have!Well it's quite understandable since they aren't gymnasts and most likely didn't receive proper training, but we should still give them credit for being able to do full lay Ians and back lever curls unsupported with decent form and that OAMU was the best one on youtube. I remember Coach saying that none of his athletes could do unspotted full lay Ians, although that was because they didn't focus on it. I think Coach's athletes might be able to achieve a decent OAMU if they trained for it too.
Alessandro Mainente
sure without doubts...in the street workout the goal is the most incredible strength skill, but also do this skill with perfect form is a different thing! how many straigth body handstand can you see? or how many hspu with perfect body aligment can you see in these events? i'm talking that do a hollowbackpress with good bodyline is far from simple hollowbackpress with no attention for the core component!btw i'm always impressed from these skill !!
Yaad Mohammad
I agree with Alex, gymnasts focus on form. People who do streetworkout mainly focus on achieving a skill, no matter in what form. But it is nonetheless incredibly impressive
Quick Start Test Smith
I agree with the respect in context mindset that most people seem to have here. These guys are strong! Coach's guys are stronger, but hey, they're getting personal coaching from Coach! How could they be anything less than superhuman?
Brian Li
I agree that most street athletes have arched handstands and planches and even arched back levers for some. They should really fix that and realize that good form would improve strength. So what did you guys think about that OAMU?
