Not sure this post belongs in Dynamic Strength

This routine isn't really much of a gymnastic based routine. It honestly looks like it is based on a bodybuilding routine with sets and reps changed a bit.

The most glaring thing is deadlift and powerclean on the same day combined with squats and lunges. Thats a ton of work and would be pretty hard to recover from.

Honestly there are a lot of things that should probably be done differently. Like do you really need to couple pullups and curls and how is that different from OAC work. Also there isn't much reason to work iron cross pulls in that fashion unless you are actually ready to build the iron cross.

Take a look at the killroy template, identify the goals you want, then revisit your routine by using those principles with a focus on the skills that you want to concentrate on now. And don't pick skills that you really aren't ready for. For example I would love the maltese but I know its a waste of time to try to work that now so I am building to a planche in the mean time.
