Dear Fireman,

For me, what you are presenting is not a routine. It is an assortment of exercises without any flow, connectivity and logic.

(I'm sorry if this sounds harsh)

In his new blog thomas kurz just wrote a piece about elegence and workout design:

Not anyone who knows a few exercises can build a successful routine, there are many parameters to make a routine a good and productive training piece.

Search around the forum, and educate yourself, take some comfort in the fact that the forum is full of crappy routines posted by people, it is not such an easy task to tailor make a routine for your individual needs.

Good luck,

Hola fireman!

Yes in fact the problem is that we have a lot of exercises we never done before that we want to all them. I do this a lot and its quite an entertainment and even without a good structured workout you'll find that you will still progress.

Im still searching for the 'routine', but know i think the best to do is going for goals if you see you are reaching them you are on the good way. But that's just an non expert opinion :D
