Hi,

First post.. Great forum with lots of information and nice smart people!

I have a few questions:

Currently i'm still doing the pre-req's but my feet elevated plank is already 3x60(1m rest between).

Should i replace it with planche leans or adv. frogstand?

Can i start working on other fsp like the front lever, l-sit or handstand while still doing the pre-reqs?

In the pb-support and l-sit should your scap's be retraced and down? Recently i started doing it this way but it's a 1000 times harder!! But most videos and pictures i saw are with the shoulders rolled forward.

My hollow hold is pretty weak, max time is 20s.. So i'm doing a scaled version 4x30s.

What is the minimum time to work the hollow hold? sets of 10s seems to little..?

What is the minimum time to work the "real" FSP? and how much rest between them?

Advice is much appreciated!!

Thank you!

What is the minimum time to start working on the Tucked Planche?

German hang is gonna be something for the far future.. My shoulders are pretty tight, but i'm working on this and i'm getting great results with weighted wall slides on the floor. Also i just scaled down my reverse plank(hand backwards) because my elbows started hurting.

I understand GH is a prereq for the BL. But should i also wait with the FL until i can do the GH?

Ok i understand I'll focus on L-sit and pl leans. And try german hangs again when reverse plank(3x60) feel good for my elbows.

I can already do a tucked planche for +5 seconds though, i guess it comes from the prereq's and ppp..

Thanks for all the advice :)
