Sorry guys but I am not sure of anywhere else to get info about the program.

I think I am inputting the day details incorrectly. For instance last night I had some food at 11pm, then went to bed at midnight.

This morning when I create a new day and go to log my breakfast the numbers shown for midnight last night/12am this morning do not match. Not even close.

Acording to Fridays info I went to sleep last night plus 600kcal at midnight. Then go to 12am today and I am at plus 226. Seemingly I burned 374 calories in one minute.

Another day last week I went to sleep minus 180 calories and the next days 12am shows a plus 160. I definately was not eating in my sleep.

These issues are so obvious I think I must be inputting some info the wrong way.

What is REE?

When I input seep hour is it for last night, or a planned time for today?

What else could I be doing wrong?

Say you created May 12th, but go change May 11th, you need to "Edit Day Details" for May 12th to have it include those changes in May 11th. It doesn't update automatically - at least that's the case for me.

Also, did you choose "Continuous Energy Balance" or "Continue from last eating time"?

That was it, for unknown reasons I was choosing "last meal time" instead of continuous balance. Now I am all ajcked up.

Its a few hours till dinner and I am 1350 calories in the positive. At this point am I better off skipping meals until breakfast tomorrow? Maybe just sip a little protien drink every so often till tomorrow morning?

Thanks for the help.

Maybe try easing out of the surplus, instead of just fasting?

Though, I don't really know. I'm having a similar problem, staying with my parents and not 100% surely what I eat, though I'm surely in a surplus. I've estimated as well as I could, and just take it from there. I don't wanna do anything drastic. I mean... I'm not gonna die ;)

Easing out of it would be my best idea.

If you are 1350 kcal plus then you ate too much at one time! The solution is simple. Either eat less at a time or just continue eating large meals less frequently. If you eat a huge meal and you're that much ahead in kcal, you are going to have to wait a while before your level drops down to where you can eat and not go over +400.

Yeah, definately too much in a meal, actually did this a few times in a row. Its suprisingly easy to eat a ton of calories when eating out. I do really goo if I cook, but one freaking cheeseburger and baaaaam a thousand calories.

Patrick, did you tell me once you are in Oxford? If so have you ridden the MTB traile there? I am in Southaven and have been wanting to give them a shot.

151, I am certainly not in Oxford! I sure wouldn't mind going there if I could afford it, though.:mrgreen:

Are you in Oxford?

No,

I'm in Olive Branch. Did a stint at Ole Miss a while back. It wasn't what I expected.

I considered going to Ole Miss for a while, but decided Mississippi State would be a better choice. I think Ole Miss is one of the highest ranked party colleges in the states! :D
