L-sit triceps strength problem

Hi.

[in Espanglish]

Well, when i do L-sit (on chairs, straight legs) and I try to put my hips more* forward, I feel my triceps hurt.

Should I focus on strenghten my triceps?¿?

I've heard about Ag walks (or Krab walks), it will enhance my L-sit form?¿?

The L sit practice will give you the strength you need. Do the walks if you like, they are fun and will help in general.
