juasjuas Posted April 16, 2012 Share Posted April 16, 2012 Hi.[in Espanglish]Well, when i do L-sit (on chairs, straight legs) and I try to put my hips more* forward, I feel my triceps hurt.Should I focus on strenghten my triceps?¿?
