I am no way near to what this guy does but I must admit that's a perfect workout, although the girl in the video is probably 100 pounds.

Dude.. i cant imagine anyone NOT getting sand / dirt for free. I would think its practically everywhere. :shock:

edit: but get the 150lbs´of rice for free and eat it, still! And fill the bag with sand.

hahaha only 100 lbs... gotta start somewhere!

I'm not personally terribly worried about being politically correct, but so many people get upset at the smallest things that I have to be careful, and failing that it is (unfortunately) always a good idea to make sure they know I am just being silly.
