swarovski
This is a little lesson explaining the effects that nutrition and exercise have on each other.I. Diet modulates weight.II. Exercise modulates body composition.1. Nutrition quality will improve how fast you lose or gain weight.2. Exercise intensity will improve how fast your body composition changes.Nutrition and exercise also have a big impact on health. Sleep also strong impacts the results and health very strongly as well so quality of sleep is important.Everything can be derived from these sets of statements. Let’s look at a couple of common examples.....http://www.eatmoveimprove.com/2009/08/t ... -exercise/I don't know what you mean by cardio, if it is long steady run, stationary bikes, elliptical trainer and the like, but any kind of workout will make you burn calories as long as it comply with the FITT principle, it's more about quality/quantity of what you eat. Keep in mind that a very hard and long workout can just make you burn the equivalent of a medium size pizza. The lower the intensity the lower the caloric expenditure. It's not about keep going for hours, it's about having a negative caloric balance over a long term, change the habit that brought you overweight.Over a certain point Interval training, Fartlek, strength training will serve you better than endurance activities if your concern it's about not losing lean body mass.
