Looked at gregors old post for his nutrition and liked the idea, here's about what I came up with. My focus is on taking down the body fat and hypertrophy, with minimal strength gain/maintenance. I'm 20, 5'11, and 157 lbs currently.

7:00 - oats + blueberries + 1/2 can coconut milk + vitamins

7:30 - 30g whey protein + veges

7:45 - 5g creatine

8:00 - training (martial arts)

9:00 - 30g whey protein + grapes

9:05 - training (strength/hypertrophy)

11:00 - 30g whey protein + fruit + 1/2 can coconut milk

11:30 - meat/eggs + rice/sweet potato/pasta + salmon oil

12:00 - meat/eggs + veges/mixed greens

4:00 - meat + mixed greens/veges

6:00 - meat/eggs

I'd go for a higher protein breakfast. Maybe switch the first and second meals. I think it's a shame to throw in oats, given that everything else fits the nice clean paleo category. (except supps which are fine)

Most of the time i've had eggs in the morning. I just figured I should be having more carbs before training, is there something I could substitute the oats for? Or should I just take it out and leave it? Also is there a max amount of eggs I should stick to in a day? I usually have 4 eggs in a day, splitting it into 2 different meals. For today I just switched it to :

7:00 - 30g whey protein + veges

7:30 - blueberries + 1/2 can coconut milk + vitamins

One last thing, what should rest/non training days nutrition look like? I figured it should be evenly spread out and cutting out some of the garbs, just veges and fruit for carbs no pasta etc. Here's what I came up with for rest/active rest days:

6:30 - 20 minutes light jog

7:00 - 3 eggs + fruit + 5g creatine + vitamins

9:00 - 30g whey protein + fruit

11:00 - meat + veges + salmon oil

1:00 - 30g whey protein + fruit

4:00 - meat + mixed greens

6:00 - meat + veges
