Sounds like good progress. If you're not already doing single leg forward bends add them, that will accelerate your progress.

Yep, that's pretty much where I am.

I'll likely use the first one (always heard it called a Pyramid Pose) I linked. I've been trying to do this often, throughout the day whenever I can, and that doesn't give me a lot of opportunity to plop down on the floor :)
