Homemade bar for rings

Here is a way to make a bar to mount on rings for pullovers and other bar exercises. The bar is a 3' long 1 1/4" hardwood dowel. It is secured to the rings with U-Bolts on either end. These are 5/16 x 1 3/8 x 3 7/8". Holes are drilled in the dowel with a 5/16" drill bit and enlarged slightly with a rat-tail file to accommodate the bolts. I coated the "U" bend of the bolts with plastic by dipping them in "Plasti Dip" to protect the rings. The bolts are secured on top of the dowel with wing nuts over the U-bolt plates for fast assembly and disassembly.

That's it!
