Can anyone give me good back lever progression exercises and a description of their form? I can hold a german hang so i'm pretty sure that my shoulder joints are flexible enough to do the exercise.

You can also just figure it out from looking at the positions for the front lever and the planche. Back lever follows the same exact progressions: german hang, close tuck, advanced tuck, straddle or one leg out, half lay, full lay.
ah alright thanks a bunch. im currently saving up for the whole package including rings, but i just wanna get a little ahead. im already able to hold a front lever on a bar and followed those progressions.
