Concentric reverse muscle up is a regular reverse muscle up. Concentric just referred to doing the lifting part. Since coach mentioned that alot of us could do eccentric reverse muscle up. Eccentric referring to the lowering portion.

I'm all for a friendly challenge between the europeans and the americans.

Suggestions?:

Rope climp for laps/time

Press HS something

Longest free standing HS

L-sit walk off

Arghh I have 5 months to get a plan good enough to convince my wife!

When you have planned just share it with me, perhaps is also suitable to convince mine :P

Well, the Seminar was fantastic, great people.

I find this a key point, Coach is really kind, and people who attended was really respectful. It was nice because there were so many different levels of strength, age, flexibility, but the seminar fits for everyone , so it doesn't matter if you are not really strong, or not flexible, or if you are, you didn't find that is was too advanced or to simple, because there are so much exercises and progressions that you can find your position at the progression and if it was advanced you have a goal to shoot for. The information shared in this forum and in the book is huge, but all the prehab excercises shown were great. If fact the general message of the seminar, specially for those who are not so young (perhaps that's why some young people find those a bit off topic), was how to enjoy this way of fitness without getting injured, and the benefits of this training if well done.

The good: people. From coach to the rest of gymnastic bodies that were there. Really inspirational those handstands and swings on pbars from people that weights at least 20 kg more than me (that goes for Mark, Christian and Bjonic), the Cdx handstands on rings, Mr.Brady flexibility, those negative curls from Razz, the non stopping german hangs of Breaks, Alvaro's shoulder flexibility, the maltesse pushups of Maria, the walk to the hotel of Nick with the Five fingers :P ....buff and so much from everyone, oh!!! and you have to see how effective is this training looking at the so muscular Dillon body. Allan was superb just flying on bar and pommel horse (like there were no gravity).

The information Coach gave was just great!!!

The bad: the fact that i could't share more time with those people because of my familiar obligations.

The negative point from the seminar were that i was not in good shape, and i felt it really hard. I tried to follow all exercises, but just the warm-up is really intense!!!

And another point that i find can be improved, although Coach gave us his reasons about this was that way, which i respect, is that taking notes and do the exercises (although some people did it great, thank you Razz) is cumbersome, it would be much nicer that at least the enumeration of the exercises (not the explanation) was given to us, to fully concentrate in how to do it correct.

Ah!!! and everyone knows more English than me (i know this is not really difficult but i could't guess if they were English or Danish just by listening them :x )

These pictures are no longer set to public. If you follow the link http://s1134.photobucket.com/albums/m617/GBEuropePics/ it will take you too the albums page, but you will need a guest password to view the albums. If you are a seminar attendee (including past seminars, although if I am not certain, please don't be offended if I take time to verify it) you may view them.

Just send me a PM and I will give you the guest password to look at the photos/videos.

Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience

I already seen them. Nothing particularly insightful is revealed, especially since there is no context. I don't see the danger of making them public, but they are your pics and you certainly have the right to do anything you like with them.

In my opinion we can make them public, they are mostly groups and curiosities. Nothing like full prehabs or progresions. What do you think?

Decision is above my head, so until I'm told otherwise, Only seminar attendees can see them.
