Dillon Zrike
It depends on your age. Most gyms do not train athletes over 18 unless they are already elite level.
Blairbob
There currently isn't many gyms in San Francisco but there are many gyms in the Greater San Francisco area in north, south, and east bay. In San Francisco, there is only American Gymnastics but you could also look up Naka movement.
rem
What do you think about "San Francisco Gymnastics" ??
Blairbob
As far as I know, they are becoming a recreational gym. You'll have to check out to see if they will have the equipment you desire to train on. They have recently had to move so their facility may change. I wasn't familiar with it before, but I do know the owners and some of it's history. I think they are around the Presidio or where while American is near Ocean Bay and their new facility will be by the ballpark.
rem
Well since im not looking for anything serious, recreational may work just fine, as long as they have something to work with for most of the gymnastics events it'll be a win, but even if they just have some good rings, parallel bars, some of those ropes that you climb, maybe some bars to work pull movements, that works for me. Blairbob
Check it out, I have no idea. American's gym near Ocean Bay has all of that but the new gym will be really kickass.
