In the next russian dip wod I'm gonna try that tip you gave in your vid slizzzardman. I felt my assisted russian dips were no way productive to build the transition strength. I guess going full rom down the dip, and moving the elbows as far as the current strength allows may be the way to go.
When you do a proper russian dip do your hands have to slip to the side of the bars? Like your thumb finger is on the top of the bar? That's what happened to me, and I find very difficult to go up from this hand position, since to go up the dip your hand has to be above the bar, the same part of the hand used in false grip. Am I doing something wrong here?
