It's pretty close. I've never seen that article before, but I actually used to use a similar breakdown for assisted OAC practice when I was still trying to rush ahead. I just used 50% and worked for reps, trying to do a max assisted OAC is stupid in my opinion. Too much potential for tendonitis with no real strength gain advantage over a slightly lower percentage. I will say that I have developed a better way to do this, and I'll be showing it off later in the year when I get everything set up. It'll be something all of you can do as well!
