Form check for basic on rings

Hi I'm Finn and I'm new to the forum :)

Could anyone give me a form check on these skills?

Any advice on how to improve would be great :). Just got my rings 2-3 days ago and got my first MU last night :D.

Had a few questions as well:

-How much should you turn the rings out in support and L-sit?

-Are you supposed to turn them out doing dip?

-What should I start on to develop BL and FL?

-Any suggestions of what the best skills to start on next are?

(1) Looks pretty good on turning out.

(2) At the top you turn them out.

(3) It's in the book.

(4) Look in the book and see where you are. For static positions, work on back lever before planche, work on l-sits, and front lever, for starters. Start working on your straddle flexibility is you need too.

I'd stick to the L-sit on the floor until you've got a strong advanced L-sit (back straight, hips level with hands) before you start L-sit on rings. Also I find it easier to lock the knees dead straight before you lift off the ground than lifting off and then straightening. Same thing with the shoulders, you need to push down hard with your shoulders rather than letting them shrug up and its much easier to lock them down before you lift your feet up.

the L-sit on rings is also a function of how good your support is.

you can have an awesome L on floor but if your ring support is not up to par, the L on rings is overshooting.
