Natalie Daniels
Hello, How could I do inverted pike pulls without a stall bar? I see the stall bar is present in most mobility exercises of the handstand course. I do not have one and would be great to know if there is any home alternative solution to be able to follow the program properly. Thanks, Natalie

Thanks, Natalie Hey Natalie, actually the only economical solution is having an adjustable door frame bar and use the edges of the door as a fixed point for the feet. Natalie Daniels
Hello Alessandro, thanks for the reply. The adjustable one is hooked to the top part of the door. Isn't that too high for the purpose?
