TYRANT
Hi Coach.10000 words are inadequate to describe my admiration to you. I of course bought the book, DVD and rings and I must say that your philosophy is all that I consider REALLY training and conditioning (and still felt like this before meeting). However, I move from one note to your work: I have reached a level of strength very good, I can do 7 planche pushups on the wall and 3 with the rings and I also spent all progressions on static position (not straddle and manna) and legs (I would say that I'm back only hspu's progression). How can you leave a hole so large to those who, like me, you train with dedication and passion 4 times a week according to the dictates of strength training from your book? So, until my wrists start to really hurt me (I always used the pushup bars for static and push) I ask you to release Liquid Steel™ (I would say also essential for a healthy approach to exercise only) and maybe Dynamic Strength (I would say also of relative importance, but not always a good healthy). Your answers on the forum, more comprehensive and relevant, your channel on Youtube and some videos relating to the matters I mentioned above, unfortunately, are not sufficient to bridge the cultural gaps with regard to training exerciser (i.e. on the web is easy to find exercises the wrists conditioning and their movements in space that they can do ... but here we talk about exercise and an operating philosophy that is totally detached from the mainstream, especially bodyweight). In short, I love your dedication and your philosophy that has made possible my mental and physical transformation (and I'm sure, thousands of other people). But please, do not let us all in vain, leaving holes which of course can only be filled by accident. With love, admiration and a touch of envy for what they are and do, an Italian friend. Tyrant ps: sorry for my English but I used a translator... I hope it is understandable
Razz
I was going to be nice and wait for coach's reply saying the same thing he told 1000 people: there is no release date yet, and he will tell us when he knows. Then I saw you posted this in like..half the subforums and honestly isn't that a little bit immature? Forum spamming does not help anyone and you would have found an answer by reading the forum instead of spending your time posting everywhere. TYRANT
You're right Razz.I searched in the forum a similar question and explicit as mine but I found nothing about it.However this does not excuse me. If I did it I just spamming my immaturity, as you said.Unfortunately, I prefer a clear answer and promptly (even if your part is fine) and be accused of immaturity rather than remaining in perpetual limbo of waiting without even a reply. Thanks for the reply razz, but I call it passion TYRANT
Seiji
Hahaha Razz.I think Mr. Tyrant has the right idea though. As you can see, he's REALLY passionate about this. Coach Sommer's #1 fan?
Blairbob
Dynamic Strength would be the last of the set to be released. There is already some of this material posted in the GB WOD. Just wait on the Liquid Steel™ and Handstand Chronicles...or get your butt to the seminar. There is a lot of info on the forums if you dig around through them. As well, there are many pieces of the puzzle out there in the cyber world.
Cole Dano
...or get your butt to the seminar. A bit off topic and perhaps not a fair question, but can you give a review or feedback of your impressions from the workshop.I'm thinking of trying to arrange the trip over from Europe next year. Coach Sommer
My staff and I are unanimous in feeling that this was our best GB Seminar to date; both in terms of the synergy of the wonderful group who attended and the continued refinement of the curriculum. However another thread discussing this has already been started. Please keep all comments regarding the May GB Seminar centralized there.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
TYRANT
Blairbob you're right but for example, in all discussions on the wrists discussing the wrist pushups. However, the coach has more times specified for its athletes perform routine pushups, exercises with weights and on the bar (false grip, etc.).Believe me when I tell you that I print any open discussion by the coach (as each section of course) but my insistence is due simply to the fact that if you love something, I like love to the fullest, in detail, in the minutiae, with policy. The web is provided, but relatively. Exercises for the flexion/extension ulna-radial, excercises as the wrist roller, as the rise bucket i tried them too. But how to set up a program on them? How to perform a routine complete without that within two weeks is not present an epicondylitis?Just because I know my body very well, when in doubt, I tend to overdo it ... but strangely, not gymnastics (is a true love infact ).For seminars ... I think that Italy is a little out of the aims of the coach ... right ?
Coach Sommer
For seminars ... I think that Italy is a little out of the aims of the coach ... right ?Actually I have highly trained staff who are now available for traveling both nationally and internationally for a condensed 2 day version of my Gymnastic Bodies Seminar. PM me if you are interested in discussing this option.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
